Rieber’ s ACS system with 3D plasma extraction is an advanced solution for air extraction and purification in professional kitchens. Designed to capture grease, odours and fumes at source, the system incorporates plasma technology to optimally purify the air before it is reintroduced into the working environment. With its Zyklon® reed filter, activated carbon filter and high-performance grease separator, it ensures safe and efficient extraction and simplified maintenance.
