The Water Bath Trolley with Gauge and Cooling Compartment is designed to maintain temperature and serve hot and cold meals in catering environments. Equipped with a welded, deep-draught water bath tank with strainer, this trolley has two separate compartments: A steam compartment on the left to keep food hot and a cold compartment on the right to keep meals cool. Its double-walled insulated doors and transport lock ensure optimal safety, while the adjustable thermostatic control provides flexibility for different preservation needs.

  • GN 1/1 containers can beup to 200 mm deep: Adapted to catering standards.
  • Double compartment: Oven on the left to maintain temperature, cooling compartment on the right to keep meals cool.
  • Double-walled insulated doors with automatic closing: Maintains temperature and ensures safety during transport.

  • Hermetically sealed interior, H3 watertight: Easy to clean and complies with hygiene standards.
  • Deep-draw counters: Designed to stably position GN containers.
